Today I just wanted to let you know about the really beautiful alphabet coloring pages.
Each letter contains animals and plants that start with that letter, and not only will they be fun to color, but just naming all the animals and plants is a hoot. For example, in the letter “A” I found an antelope, acorn, alligator, anteater, anenome, avocado, angel fish and an apple (of course!) And there are a few flowers and animals I’m not sure about!
Please take a look, and let me know what you think. And can you help me name those mystery animals and plants in the letter A?

First of all, thank you very much for the great ideas you give. I used the coloring pages in my classes in Turkey. I’m looking for new things. Thanks…

These letters are perfect! It is exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for to start working on with my 3 1/2 and 2 year old boys.
Thank you!

Dear Barbara,
On the letter A in your coloring pages I found an albatross (bird), an apricot, armidillo, and an aster (flower)

I’ve only checked the A and the B out, but talk about beautiful! My kids color a lot and I have a child with Down’s Syndrome..coloring is very good for her fine motor skills. Moriah just found an ant and we will try to figure out some of the other mystery animals.
Thanks,
Laura

The top flower is an amarylis. There’s an antelope, aster, armadillo, ant, albatross, alligator, and an artichoke
Michelle Watkins says
On the A page I found an artichoke, an auk, aloe, an albatross, aster, amarillis, abalone, an apricot, ash leaves and an ant in addition to what you found.

Great pictures in the E and F letters that I looked at. I can name all the animals and will give it to the girl I tutor as these are her initials. The S had no animals, and I am not that good at flower names. Still the pictures are wonderful. Older kids, including me, will enjoy guessing and coloring.

Sandy just pointed out that the letter “S” only had plants (not animals) which means I uploaded the wrong file. But I’ve fixed that now. The new letter “S” has both plants and animals. Thanks for letting me know.
