Petite Chandelier Earrings-These are a simpler type of chandelier that you can wear comfortably during the day.
What you will need:
- 2 Euro wires
- 2 Sterling chandelier components
- 6 -1″ sterling head pins
- 12-3mm bi-cone amethyst-colored crystal beads
- 6-3-4mm freshwater pearls
- Round-nosed pliers
- Chain-nosed pliers
- Wire cutters
Instructions for the project:
Begin making the earring by slipping on 1 crystal bead, one pearl, and another crystal bead onto a head pin. Then use your round-nosed pliers to create a simple loop at the top of the head pin, making sure not to close the loop all the way. If necessary, you can use wire cutters to trim off extra head pin. Repeat the steps above two more times so that you will have three bead head pins with loops. Attach the three head pins to the three loops on the end of one of the chandelier components. Use chain-nosed pliers to gently close the loops of the head pins. Take one of your Euro wires and use round-nosed pliers to gentle open the loop on the wire. Attach the top loop of your component onto the Euro wire and use bent-nosed pliers to close the ear wire loop back so it closes around the component. Repeat all of the above steps to make another earring so you have a matching pair.
