Muffet’s Print Spider:

Materials needed:

•Stamp pad
•Paper
•Marker

Directions:

•You are going to be using the stamp pad to make the spiders so be sure that it is a black stamp pad unless you want red or blue spiders.

•Have the children press their fingers into the stamp pad.

•Now press their fingers onto the paper.

•The finger print will be the spider’s body and you will need to draw legs using a black marker

Jack Be Nimble:

Materials needed:

•Paper tube – toilet paper rolls work the best
•Small paper plate
•Paint or markers
•Colored paper

Directions:

•First you are going to be using the paper tube to make a candle, the tube is going to be the actual candle.

•Next glue the paper tube onto the small paper plate, so your candle has a candle holder.

•Next have children paint or color the paper plate and the paper tube.

•Next glue a paper flame to the inside of the paper tube, make sure the flame is sticking up so you can tell it’s a flame.
