Make it to scale

Make planets in the solar system craft of your choice to scale. Doing so will really show the solar system in a more accurate light. It may be easiest to make sizes relative to the size of the earth. Here are some facts to get you started:

The Sun is over 100 times larger than the Earth.

Mercury is roughly one third (.38) of the size of Earth. 

Venus is just a bit smaller than Earth.  About 5% smaller.

Mars is about half the size of the Earth.  

Jupiter is 11 times the size of the Earth.

Saturn is about 9.5 times the size of the Earth.

Uranus is just over 4 times the size of the Earth.

Neptune is just under 4 times the size of the Earth.

Pluto is about 20% the size of the Earth or about half of the size of Mercury.
