Making a tin can lamb is fun and something that your kids can get involved with. A tin can lamb gift is perfect for any home or can be a sweet gift for a child’s teacher.
Instructions for the Project:
To make a tin can lamb you will need to start with a clean tin can that has been sanded or otherwise treated to remove the sharp edges. Use glue to cover the entire outside of the can with cotton balls. Once you have your fluffy lamb body base, add the details of the face. You can use plastic eyes or simply cut out the facial features from construction paper and glue them on the can. Don’t forget to add a tail at the back of the can! Add pencils to the can or fill it with plastic Easter eggs that have small treats inside. This tin can lamb can be used as a writing utensil holder, in the kitchen to hold knickknacks or even in the craft area or on a desk to hold the small things that you don’t want to loose.
