Across the Northern Hemisphere, people have a little spring in their step with the onset of March. For great examples of creatures with spring in their step, check out the dogs of the Iditarod. March is also Women’s History month and National Nutrition month. Women can walk tall as they learn the history of their foremothers, and everyone can enjoy a lilt to their step when they’re eating right. And finally, for a step that has spring, you need a doctor to ring. Ring up the doctor whose steps are so steppy, you’ll laugh and you’ll learn and you’ll walk really peppy. Dr. Seuss’ birthday is March 2nd. Let us help you keep your spring with these simple ideas for celebrating the season.
