November is a month that sparks the imagination. It all starts with November 1st, National Author’s Day! November is a great time to curl up with a book, but especially November 9th, National Young Reader’s Day. So many wonderful things happened in November throughout history: Marie Curie’s birth, 8 million American women voted for the first time, King Tut’s tomb was discovered, the Lewis & Clark expedition reached the Pacific, and a number of your favorite authors were born. But none of our luxuries could be enjoyed without the sacrifices of Veterans. Make it a special day for a Veteran in your life on 11/11/11!
