Labor Day and the Jerry Lewis telethon kick it off to a good start. September is also National Library Card Sign-Up. If you don’t already have a library card, go get one! Or maybe your kids are ready for the next level of responsibility. September is full of commemorative dates. Christa McAuliffe’s birthday, the publishing of Wonderful Wizard of Oz, and of course, the ten year anniversary of September 11. The slow days of summer are over, and now it’s time to get busy and get learning.
