Welcome to 2Learn
December 22, 1999 -- From M. Wheatcroft, a teacher from Calgary, Alberta, Canada who is affiliated with the site
An extremely comprehensive and valuable Web site, created “by teachers, with teachers, and for teachers”. It features five strands: research skills and strategies, teacher tools, telecollaborative projects, professional growth and mentorship, and curricular resources. “Teachers can collaborate with their colleagues on an Internet project, participate in online discussions, help their colleagues integrate the Internet into their classrooms, collect and contribute Internet links in their subject area or contribute teaching materials to share online.” This site also includes excellent links for parents and kids!
