The Red Tail Project is a non-profit organization that works on behalf of the Tuskegee Airmen. The Red Tail Project’s educational goal is to provide an opportunity for the public to meet the Tuskegee Airmen and hear their stories. The vision of the Education Board is: To create an educational environment that fosters growth and instills a sense of pride in our youth. To use the Tuskegee Airmen as role models to expose students to career opportunities in aviation, as well as other related professions, where they can find success. To help students recognize and develop their abilities as leaders. To inspire young people.
