Check out the CTUC Needles OHV map. Pirate Cove is a great place to stay and access those trails in October, with river fun in mind. There are also other places to stay such as the KOA at the Avi Resort and Casino, which would provide river access and OHV trails. fschoenheit Flying59 185EZ.

After looking at both my 900 trail and 900-4 I think you could make a shoe box lid shaped piece of wire mesh and zip tie it onto the back of the fan assembly. I think 1/4 inch square to 1/2 inch square would work and probably cost less than $5, Jasonv.

Rzr 800 idle issues. I took it to the dealer and thought it was resolved, but not quite so...Idles fine at about 1,170-1,180ish rpm until the fan kicks on, then engine struggles along at about 1,030 rpm (until fan kicks off) and occasionally stalls....Dealer thinks its the throttle body so serviced it, yet the problem remains...

I'd like to be able to reflash without being tied to the OEM flash options used in Polaris Digital Wrench. I think Benchmark re-flashes them. So the software must be available somewhere. 2012 XP 900 LE White. The service manual for 2011-2013 calls for 45 psi +- 2 psi. I believe earlier models may call for lower pressure. As Max mentioned pressure should be under load. Pirate did a great write up on checking fuel pressure, I believe it is a sticky in "Engine & Drive lines". Les. I have a 2012 rzr 800 EFI high output.

Thanks for the replies and ideas... I already swapped out the stock battery with 40amp deep cell so I'd like to get a battery that fits the dual battery compartment purely for starting the bike and use the monster battery (isolated) to run all the accessories (winch, light bar, 2 amps, subwoofer, wakeboard speakers) without worry of not starting when in deep woods..

Members of the Lake Havasu Side-by-Side Trail Association navigate the 700-mile Arizona Peace Trail earlier this month. Their trip took the group five days and four nights, beginning and ending in Lake Havasu City. The long, dusty trail stretched wide before John Geyer and the 11 men and women who followed him.

25 posts · Joined 2011. #1 · Feb 4, 2019. Hello all. I have a 2011 RZR 800s base model with the "SACHS" shocks. To say the least, the shocks are in bad need of replacement springs. The ride is very rough due to the springs being "pre-loaded" to the max. So, I have been pondering on upgrading to a better shock and are looking for some opinions.
