You need the following:
•2 eggs
•2 cups cream
•1 cup sugar
•Â½ cup grated chocolate
You are going to melt your chocolate and whip it into your cream until your cream comes to a boil. Then stir in your sugar and as it melts, continue to stir, then whip in the two egg yolks. Let simmer as you continue to stir, pour into a ramekin, refrigerate one hour minimum, or until set up. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize it with either a mini blow torch or with your broiler in your oven. Then serve with fresh raspberries or strawberries whip cream and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
