Of course one of the biggest and major factors in Noah’s ark was the animals. Kids love all sorts of animals and luckily there are millions of craft ideas to help supplement the story. In fact you could make every animal that was in the ark if you wanted. One craft you could do, since Noah sent out doves to check and see if the earth was still flooded is something with doves. You can make dove hand print birds using a dove template and then make the wings with your child’s hands, or you could also make a dove using a toilet paper roll. Not only is it cheap, but it also makes a really cute craft that you can hang up from the ceiling or wherever you want. Use the toilet paper roll as the body, glue wings onto the side of the roll, the head to the top, and the tail to the bottom. It’s really simple; just make sure you make two of them since Noah’s animals came onto the ark by twos.
