Art pieces can be some of the most expensive items that you buy for your home. Fortunately, there are some simple techniques that you can use to make fabulous looking spring inspired art right at home. All that you need is a canvas (you can buy these at most craft stores) or any type of sturdy paper and some paints or chalk. You can make rubbings with that chalk or you can use leaves and flowers like stamps by brushing over them lightly with the paint and then pressing them down on the canvas. Repeat this process on your canvas until you create a design that you like. The great thing about this is that you can’t make a mistake. If you want to re-make a stamp simply paint over the area that you are unsatisfied with in a solid color and try again. The great thing about abstract art is that there are not wrong ways to create art.
