If you are ready to commit to a craft that will be a little bit more permanent, try going to the craft store and buying some paints and some wooden eggs. Wooden eggs are actually relatively easy to find around the time of Easter and are relatively inexpensive. You can use some of the dying techniques that you may have experimented with above, or you can use paints to create beautiful works of art on your egg canvas. If you really want to get creative you can paint your eggs like characters (people, animals, etc.). When you have finished decorating all of the eggs, but them in a basket and display them for all to enjoy!
