Cards are excellent Easter crafts not only because they are fast and affordable, but because they can be made with a purpose or recipient in mind. To add a little more pizzazz to the rectangular card, consider using colored paper and making the card into the shape of a bunny or a chick (animals traditionally associated with Easter). All that you need to do this is a basic ability to draw or a stencil of some kind. When you are tracing out the shape of the card, make sure that you have already folded your paper in half and that enough of the shape overlaps the crease in the paper to maintain the connection between the two pages of the card (you do not want two cut-outs but one cut out that is connected in the middle). Simply decorate the card with feathers, cotton balls and crayons, and personalize your message.
