Buy a plain picture frame, paint, foam pieces, ribbon, buttons, cut outs, or any other material you want to use. Decorate the picture frame any way you want. You can do a certain theme, like a trip you went on together, something you both like, or just a cute design. Put a picture in there of you and the person you are making it for, or just leave it blank.
